Percussion

Percussion is an audition-based class that will offer students a well-rounded approach to learning percussion while developing their general musicianship skills. Specifically, students will have the opportunity to develop in all areas of percussion including note reading, snare drum, timpani, mallets, and auxiliary instruments. It is hoped that the amount of individualized attention and focused instruction, which the students will be receiving, will result in more positive and rewarding musical experiences.
